Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period, so your benefits run to the end of the year you've paid for. We don't offer partial refunds for cancelling early.

Memberships are non-refundable once purchased, but your benefits stay active for the full 12 months.

Scent Savants get free standard shipping on one-time orders of $45 or more, rather than the usual $100. It doesn't apply to subscription shipments, which keep their own pricing.
