What is CashBack?
We want to reward you for shopping with us! CashBack is an alternative to a coupon code that provides you with "cash back" - a gift card to our store or any e-commerce retailer.
How does CashBack work?
- Once you make a qualifying purchase*, you will receive an email to redeem your CashBack.
- Using the link provided in the email, select your preferred CashBack redemption method - either a gift card to brooklyncandlestudio.com (includes at 25% bonus!) or a prepaid Visa gift card that can be used anywhere.
How long does it take to get my gift card?
Once you select your redemption method, you will receive your gift card within 30 days.
Why is there a holding period to receive my CashBack?
The 30 day holding period is to verify no refunds or returns have been made on your qualifying order prior to the CashBack being issued.
How do I use my Brooklyn Candle Studio gift card?
Enter the gift card number in the "discount code or gift card" field on the checkout page. Make sure you are logged in using the same email address.
Where can I find my Brooklyn Candle Studio gift card?
If you selected a BCS gift card, it was sent right to your email inbox! If you are unable to locate that email, please reach out to hello@brooklyncandlestudio.com for assistance.
How do I use my prepaid Visa gift card?
Just like any other Visa credit or debit card, at any online merchant that accepts Visa.
Where can I find my prepaid Visa gift card?
If you selected a Visa gift card, a secure link to the card details were sent to your email inbox. If you are unable to locate that email, please reach out to our CashBack provider at support@getfondue.com for additional assistance.
- You can also reach out to that email for any questions regarding Visa gift card balance, or if your Visa gift card is not working.
Why do you need my birth date for CashBack?
A date of birth has to be provided is to ensure we are not issuing CashBack to minors. If a date of birth is entered that our system flags as below the age of 18, we cannot issue the CashBack. This information stays completely confidential and not stored within our system.
*Qualifying orders:
- Orders cannot use a discount code, which includes any ID.me discounts.
- Excludes subscription products.
