What is your return policy?
FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
Damaged products in transit: We will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit for damages during shipment if photographic evidence of damage is submitted through our returns portal within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the packaging, shipping material, and damaged product(s) are required.
Unused products in original packaging: You may return unused products in their original packaging for a refund or store credit, less shipping and handling*, within 14 days of delivery.
Dissatisfied with product: If you are dissatisfied with your used product, please ship it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly issue a store credit, less shipping and handling*.
*Orders placed with Checkout+ are eligible for a free return shipping label.
Free returns with Checkout+: We offer the option to add Free Returns at checkout for a small fee, which covers return shipping so there are no additional label fees when sending back your item. Free Returns cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
FOR IN STORE ORDERS:
Items purchased at our store can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased in store must be returned in store. Items purchased at another retailer cannot be returned to us. Receipt or order confirmation number is required. Refunds will go back to the original method of payment.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
