Returns & Exchanges

We totally understand—sometimes things don’t work out as expected. We’re happy to process returns and exchanges within the guidelines of our return policy below.

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your product, we are happy send a replacement or refund. To initiate a refund or replacement, please visit our returns portal or contact us directly at support@brooklyncandlestudio.com.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Brooklyn Candle Studio within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at support@brooklyncandlestudio.com for further details. 

FOR IN STORE ORDERS:
Items purchased at our store can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased in store must be returned in store. Items purchased at another retailer cannot be returned to us. Receipt or order confirmation number is required. Refunds will go back to the original method of payment.
