Formerly "Escapist Candle"

The tide rises and falls on a secret beach on the island of Maui and with it, notes of sea salt, sea moss, and driftwood evaporate into the air. A touch of zesty bergamot and soft ylang ylang round out aromas of the ocean.

Made in Brooklyn, New York with 100% soy wax for an eco-friendly clean burn. We use lead-free cotton wicks and premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils. Our candles are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and petroleum-free.

Candle Care + Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep.

Trim the wick to ¼ inch each time before lighting. This helps prevent the flame from getting too large.

Follow the 2 foot rule - don't place a burning candle near clothing, books, curtains or anything flammable.

Keep lit candles away from drafts, ceiling fans and any air currents.

Place candle holders on a stable, heat-resistant surface that is sturdy and large enough to catch any melted wax.

Extinguish a candle if the flame gets too close to the candle holder or container.

Place burning candles at least 3 inches apart from one another.

A burning candle should not be used as a nightlight.

A candle should not be burned for more than four hours at a time.

Don’t burn a candle all the way down. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1/2 inch of wax remains in the container.

Ahhh, yes!

This scent feels like summer but doesn’t scream at you. It gently brings you along to outdoor sunshine and relaxation.

A clean summer scent

Smells amazing! Reminds me of summer and a very crisp, clean, and nostalgic smell.

Lovely fragrance

This fragrance is SO good

This is one of my favorite candles ever. I don’t burn a lot of candles but this is the perfect light fresh and marine scent. Along with the sea salt and surf you did last year which is VERY similar but I slightly prefer over this (please bring that back!!!). If this was a fine fragrance I’d wear it.
