Imagine a tranquil hike in the woods of the Catskill Mountains after an autumn rainstorm, as your feet crunch atop fallen pine needles and the fresh air is flecked with the scent of cedar, cypress, and juniper.

Made in Brooklyn, New York with 100% soy wax for an eco-friendly clean burn. We use lead-free cotton wicks and premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils. Our candles are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and petroleum-free.

Candle Care + Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep.

Trim the wick to ¼ inch each time before lighting. This helps prevent the flame from getting too large.

Follow the 2 foot rule - don't place a burning candle near clothing, books, curtains or anything flammable.

Keep lit candles away from drafts, ceiling fans and any air currents.

Place candle holders on a stable, heat-resistant surface that is sturdy and large enough to catch any melted wax.

Extinguish a candle if the flame gets too close to the candle holder or container.

Place burning candles at least 3 inches apart from one another.

A burning candle should not be used as a nightlight.

A candle should not be burned for more than four hours at a time.

Don’t burn a candle all the way down. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1/2 inch of wax remains in the container.

Loving this scent!

I recently purchased the Catskills candle, along with Kyoto and Maui. I love this scent, and it is the perfect balance of not being overpowering, yet having a strong enough throw that you can still smell it. The only reason I docked it 1 star is that I feel like it burns through pretty quickly vs other candles I've had. Overall though would highly recommend this scent!

Best scent

I absolutely love the smell of the catskills candle - I tried it on a whim from growing up near the catskills and for a while used it as a fall/winter scent, but started using it year round because I really love it being the signature scent in my home. It has great throw and feels homey to me. It definitely lends itself more to a fall smell, but I really enjoy it while cozied up on the couch anytime of year.

LOVE This Candle

I always have to have the Catskills candle on hand-it's evocative of something "ancient" Upstate NY, but also something very modern. I love it. I ALSO love the new scent Herbarium. It's incredible...
