Love candles but subscription service needs improvement

This is Randi Roberts. I ordered a six month gift subscription for my friend Tracey Butler’s birthday in Jan. The company didn’t make this process easy. She received the candles with no gift card indicating that they were from me. I had to tell her two months later that they were from me as she didn’t know. So I’m disappointed that the process of purchasing an expensive gift subscription was so difficult. I won’t do it again unless the process improves.

Ok but not great process to check out

If buying for yourself this is great, but if this is being purchased as a gift for someone, the process is not clear. It sent the receipt of the purchase to the gift recipient instead of just the candles, and didn't clarify which emails had to go where. I had no way to track the order or confirm it went through, but hope this is something that can be cleared up when they are back from holiday break on 1/2/2023.
