Refund policy

At Brooklyn Candle Studio, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles, reed diffusers, and room mists cannot be returned or refunded.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Brooklyn Candle Studio within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at [email protected] for further details. 

FOR IN STORE ORDERS:
Items purchased at our store can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased in store must be returned in store. Items purchased at another retailer cannot be returned to us. Items must be unused and in its original packaging. Receipt or order confirmation number is required. Refunds will go back to the original method of payment.

CANDLE CARE
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children and pets.
