International Shipping

We send most international packages via UPS. You can see the total landed cost (included duties and taxes) at checkout. 

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Brooklyn Candle Studio have no control over these circumstances. 

Refunds + Exchanges

At Brooklyn Candle Studio, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Brooklyn Candle Studio within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@brooklyncandlestudio.com for further details.

FERN + MOSS
A scent for nature lovers inspired by the dewy and beautiful Fern Canyon in Northern California. Notes of sage and lavender commingle with woodsy base notes of spruce and pine to capture the elusive aroma of the great outdoors.

SANTORINI
Reminiscent of the earthy fruity aromas of Santorini’s abundant fig trees and lush native currants. Woodsy notes of sandalwood and amber form a rich, warm base.

SANTA FE
Days exploring the desert landscape surrounding Santa Fe—aromas of orchid cactus and wild sage, juniper and piñon, and nights warming by the kiva fireplace while on a spontaneous February trip inspired this earthy, calming scent.

LOVE POTION
Exotic notes of jasmine blossoms, calming lavender, and bright mandarin--an olfactory experience reminiscent of a freshly picked bouquet of wildflowers.
